Join us for the sixth annual formal dinner at Massey College in the University of Toronto, henceforth to be called the W. Kenneth McCarter Memorial Dinner.

The evening is dedicated to the memory of Kenneth McCarter, who sadly passed away in 2016. Ken’s many contributions to our alumni network as well as the wider community are recalled and honoured through this event.   

Hugh Segal, Head of Massey College, will provide a post-dinner address. Mr. Segal joined Massey after four decades in the public, private, academic and not-for-profit sector.  He is a former Chief of Staff to the Prime Minister in the 1990s, a former Associate Cabinet Secretary in Ontario in the late 1970’s and early 1980’s, and in June, 2014, he finished a nine year term as Senator representing Ontario. About the College & Dinner

Massey College was founded on the model of Oxford and Cambridge colleges. The evening includes dinner with wine in Massey College’s Ondaajte Dinning Hall, followed by port and coffee in the upper library. 

Please arrive for reception drinks at 6pm (cash bar) – the dinner gong sounds promptly at 6.30pm. 

This is a special event that will undoubtely evoke fond memories from Oxbridge and will help to forge new ones in Toronto. To avoid disappointment, purchase your ticket early. In year’s past, this event has been fully subsribed. 

Dress code: Business Attire – or better, bring your gown (this might be your only opportunity to wear it appropriately in Toronto!).
