Come join us for diner theatre with the comedy classic “The Precious Young Ladies” by Moliere, Wednesday, April 23rd, 6 pm
April 23, 2014 @ 6:00 PM EDT - 10:30 PM EDT EST
Come join us for another very funny comedy chosen by our friend Chloe – the event is in French, with English supertitles:
THE PRECIOUS YOUNG LADIES by Molière
A ONE-ACT COMEDY OF MANNERS IN PROSE that takes a satiric aim at the extravagant and delicate ladies of the French Bourgioisie, Les Précieuses ridicules (The Precious Young Ladies) is considered a crowd-pleasing masterpiece of the French repertoire. In Théâtre français de Toronto’s production, this Molière classic is given a modern and musical setting that reverberates in today’s world, where a book is often judged by its cover. Discover or rediscover Molière with the help of Boris Vian, Brassens, and other modern poets and songwriters.

We will have good seats in the centre rows, about 5 or 6 rows up, so that the super titles are easy to read.
