St James Cathedral invites the Oxford and Cambridge Society of Toronto to join their traditional advent service of Lessons and Carols Sung by the Cathedral Choir under Director of Music Robert Busiakiewicz. Robert is a graduate of Kings College Cambridge where he read Music and was a choral scholar.

One of the most beautiful liturgies in the Anglican tradition.
Advent Lessons and Carols is a service of scripture and song that dates from the late 19th century. In the service, readings from scripture are interspersed with carols sung by the choir and hymns sung by the congregation.
